MY STORY
My journey into the world of fitness has really changed my life. Back when I started, I looked like an overweight homeless man with the muscle mass of an 8 year old (as you can see below). I was looking for a way to push my own limits and build a body that I could be proud of. I quickly put the work in and even after two weeks; I started to see improvements on my physique. I loved building my body, but what I really enjoyed; was building strength, which led me onto powerlifting.
One of my best friends got me into the gym and showed me the ropes, I was and am always grateful to him for giving me the gift of fitness. Apart from building my own body and strength, I quickly discovered that the real reward was helping others find their own strength and helping them unlock their full potential.
My background is built on science based training methods and an old school mindset and work ethic of body builders from the 80's. I believe that weight loss, body building and powerlifting is a numbers game paired with a positive, hardworking mental attitude. So whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or power lift, I'm the man who can help make your goals a reality.
